Terms of Use
Applies to the website, profiles, tools and game servers. Updated June 15, 2026.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the site, signing in with Steam, or playing on connected servers, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the Server Rules.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your Steam account, profile settings, and anything submitted through your account. Do not impersonate others, evade bans, share account access to bypass moderation, or use the service if you are not allowed to do so under applicable law.
3. Community content
You keep ownership of content you post, but you give PureRust permission to host, display, moderate, archive, and distribute it as needed to operate the site and community. Do not post illegal content, malware, private personal data, harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, or content you do not have permission to share.
4. Public stats and logs
The service publishes game activity such as player names, Steam IDs, profiles, leaderboards, combat logs, chat excerpts, vending activity, and server statistics. These records are part of the community experience and may remain visible after a wipe or account change unless removed for privacy, safety, moderation, or legal reasons.
5. Moderation
Admins may remove content, edit visibility, warn, mute, kick, ban, restrict accounts, reset names, or take other reasonable action to protect the servers and community. Moderation decisions may consider site activity, in-game logs, reports, chat, account history, and network/security signals.
6. Third-party services
Steam, Discord, Cloudflare, Facepunch, Valve, hosting providers, analytics providers where consented, and other external services are governed by their own terms and policies. PureRust is not affiliated with Facepunch Studios or Valve.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided as available. Features, servers, rules, stats, and content may change, break, reset, or be removed. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page.
8. Contact
